Description of your mission:
As a Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Project Engineer, you'll optimize manufacturing operations through lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles. You’ll collaborate with teams to identify improvement opportunities, analyze data, and lead projects. You'll manage project timelines, budgets, and change management activities to ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes and quality control.

Lead cross-functional teams in executing continuous improvement projects.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.

Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Language skills: Proficiency in English, French, and Dutch.
